Colophon (for general)

Colophon is a scribe's note ,usually found at the end of a main text. It can show details of the manuscript information ,such as the name of the scribe or donor, date, place, the scribe's wishes, etc.


Colophon (for specific)

Colophon is one of the textual paratexts in manuscripts. It is usually found at the end of a manuscript. The content in the colophon can mention the name of the scribe, the name of the donor, date, place, personal wishes of the scribe, etc.
