Old Version
Knowledge on the worldview of the people involved in the local community about the water can be seen from a youth research project for local history of the Northeast Group 2. It is relationship between people, communities and waterways in two dimensions; cultural and economic dimensions. In the cultural dimension, water is reflected in the creation of the relationship of local people as the same cohort / same group by creating relationship of coexistence. From thinking about the sacred and fertile as a placeholder between the traditional ritual, it creates water accessible to the public with respect. When a major change from state authorities and the capitalist economic system has expand its influence into local authorities, water is defined by economic meaning as natural resources. It changes water from public source to be a semi-public source. The water owned by someone and only some people can access the resource of this type. It leads to conflict and the sharing of benefits. Therefore, ways of thinking and ways of life of people and Northeast communities are needed to be adapted in order to cope with power of changing global trends of new era in a different context.

New Version
There are two dimensions of the knowledge on the perspective of the people in the local community with respect to the water as a result of the research of a youth research project for local history of the Northeast Group 2 shows the relationship between the community and the river is the dimension of the cultural and economic dimensions. Homework # 2: Task Three - Writing the conclusion

Task Three
What advice would you give Gene?
I would like to give you my advice that you should mention about the data and also the problems from it. The variation factors such as: the amount of patient, the patient income, age, and level of satisfaction, effect to not only the decreasing co-payments, but also the rising number of tests ordered by physicians.

Write down your suggestions in note form. Then edit or rewrite his final paragraph to reflect your advice.

-          Note form

The health care costs of non-profit and for profit hospitals in the United States.
o   Data
§  non-profit : costs increased by 4.8%
§  for-profit : costs increased by 24.7%
o   Cause
§  The tests ordered by physicians
§  The variation factors : the amount of patient, the patient income, age,
and level of satisfaction

-          The new conclusion

As the tables, shows that in non-profit hospitals, costs increased by 4.8%, while in for-profit   hospitals increases around 24.7%. The cause of this difference is the amount of the tests ordered by physicians at the same time of the decreasing co-payments. Not only because of the rising number of tests ordered by physicians but also the variation factors such as: the amount of patient, the patient income, age, and level of satisfaction, effected to the decreasing co-payments. The supporter of these findings is from the other studies that shown the cost containment may prove very difficult in “Free market” medical economy.
